Returns and Refunds

For garments purchased on our site by choosing a size, returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- not have been worn or washed
- be returned in the same condition as received
- have intact tags
- be in its original packaging

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at asterladies@gmail.com, indicating your order number.

Once the request is approved, you will receive the shipping label and all instructions for returning the product via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
For garments made with extra colors outside the standard palette, returns will not be possible, as the garment was made specifically for the person who placed the order. It is therefore important to define all details before placing the order during the dress configuration phase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (generally takes 5 to 10 business days).
